After months and months of hard work, training, and improving our systems, we are so excited to announce that our business has officially earned the QualityPro accreditation from the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).
This is a national achievement and is a huge accomplishment for our team because fewer than 3% of pest control companies in the country ever achieve this certification. We are one of the very few, if not the only, non-national brands to achieve this in the state of Alabama.
Since August of 2025, every single member of our team has worked toward this goal. We have stepped up our service, made huge improvements with our hiring process, and have spent hours and hours to meet the standards required for QualityPro accreditation. Every one of our employees passed the required exams, and seeing our team come together for this has honestly been one of the proudest moments we’ve had as business owners.
When people hire a pest control company, they’re trusting someone to come into their home or business and protect what matters most to them. We don’t take that lightly. We wanted to earn this accreditation because QualityPro is a commitment to a higher standard. From customer service and technician training to safety and professionalism. This opportunity has brought our team closer and has truly improved our service and customer satisfaction.
In just a few years, we’ve grown into a team of 15+ people, with more than 10 trucks, serving thousands of customers across Birmingham, Huntsville, and the surrounding areas. None of that happens without customers who trust us and a team that genuinely cares about doing great work! One of our amazing technicians recently shared this on our company Slack channel: “We are a company that values its customers over a paycheck.”
We know there are a lot of pest control options out there, and we’re grateful for every customer who chooses us. Earning QualityPro is our way of showing that we’re serious about continuing to improve, continuing to grow, and continuing to raise the standard for what pest control should look like.
