We've been a customer since we moved to Birmingham in 2013. Over the years we've always found the service to be outstanding. If the weather causes a flare-up with bugs, just give them a call and they come right out and take care of it. They've always been fantastic and we can't recommend them highly enough.

Again we were not alerted to your visit so I can’t speak to seeing physically but we have had no trouble with any ants or bugs so remain satisfied

I requested a call before arrival so I could remove my bird feeders before spraying and he called me to make sure he covered a timeline that would work for me. He called me after his work and told me what a beautiful yard I had and that he was extra careful around the feeders since I couldn’t be there. Very considerate and conscientious.

There are so many wonderful aspects about living in the south, but not the amount of bugs we have. I couldn't imagine using anyone other than Joey and Magic City Pest Control. They know everything scientifically necessary about every pest and rodent and the best family-friendly methods to remove them from your homes and businesses. Trust the ones who know the most.

The man came in my apartment. He didn’t announce anything. I was in the bathroom. It’s very dangerous for a strange man to enter a home. Unprofessional!!!
