You may have noticed a new logo on your communications from ProTech, and that is because ProTech has recently partnered up with Magic City Pest Control, an award-winning, local company that strives to provide the best pest control services in town. We are so excited to be phasing into the Magic City Pest Control name, and we know you will love working with them too. Below are some frequently asked questions about this change:
I never signed up with Magic City Pest Control.. will my service be the same?
Yes! You can expect the same frequency and billing that you've always had. We hope that this partnership will provide even better quality services for you as we start to adopt some of the methods and techniques that Magic City Pest Control has used.
Will I still have the same technician?
Yes! Steve and Matt will continue to treat your homes, and over time you will have the pleasure of meeting other Magic City Pest Control technicians. We know you will love them!

Who do I call if I have questions about my account or need to schedule a service?
You can continue to call the ProTech office number, 256-771-3060, and a member of the Magic City Pest Control customer care team will gladly assist you with anything you need!
Why do I have a bill from Magic City Pest Control?
Don't worry, you aren't getting double charged! It's the same bill you would have received from ProTech, but we are phasing into the Magic City Pest Control name, so all invoices will be under that name moving forward.
